bad cell phone reception… I know I’ll be playing XTREME COMEDY
NIGHT @ THE IRON CHEF in Essex, CT on Saturday, November 19th, 2
shows that night (I’ll be playing the first show), celebrating 1 year of
Xtreme Comedy at the Chef! Children! And can I just say that “No Hard
Feelings” by the Bloodhound Gang is one of the funniest songs I’ve

JOHN BRELSFORD, MARK BRENNAN, & VICTOR RAMOS, and of course our most
excellent Master of Ceremonies, JIM SHARKY… the next Xtreme Comedy Night
at the Hard Hat is Saturday, October 8th, we’re going to have

The Improv last night was awesome, shout outs to the loud crowd of Sarah and

AKA OTD! Happy Fathers’ Day Everybody! Well, everyone who’s a
father. Sorry about not updating in a while, I have been wiped out by the Short
& NEAT One Act Play Festival, performing 4 shows between Friday and Sunday
(today)… shout out to Scenes From A Cell & Karin Gauthier’s Hip
Hop Dancers, we did all 4 shows, hell yes! I’m exhausted but it was so much
fun it was totally worth it! Thank
You to everyone who came out to see the plays – many of you probably
logging in from the program! Sorry about the superlong
URL! Kudos to all the fine actors I met – sometimes cramped backstage in
close quarters – you were all incredible! Xtra special
praise for Reno & Charles (not the one I was firing!!!) and everyone who
helped out with Short & NEAT, and to my castmates in Scenes From A Cell,
Susan, Jillian, & Frank… where’s Frank?! and to our awesome

Speaking of the Hard Hat, the brand new information… You can see the first big change –

will be worth it. The second big
change is that it is NO LONGER AN OPEN MIC. Sorry guys. Performers are being booked in advance,
the April 16th show is pretty much all set, and I’ve begun
booking for May 14th and June 11th… May 14th
will be the last indoor show for the season, June 11th and the
Massive American Holiday Comedy Blow-out on July 2nd will be
outdoors in the Hard Hat’s spacious backyard area… if you’re
a comedian and I haven’t contacted you and you’re available on one

03/19/05: This is all I’m saying right
now… the next SATURDAY NIGHT HARD at the HARD HAT CAFÉ is coming
up in April. Comics, look out for
an email featuring dizzying amounts of brand new information… please come
out to the Main Pub in Manchester this Thursday night! I heard the first one was a blast, and I
fully expect this one to be a blast, too – and lots of you don’t
have to work on Good Friday so you can stay out late. Those of you who have to work on Good
Friday should come also. In fact

Martini’s last Friday was totally out of control, JOHNNY RIZZO attracted a huge crowd, first show
was sold out SRO, second show added, it was crazy, thanks to Jonny B, Johnny
Rizzo, JOHN C. HINTON, JOHNNY MOSES, Sharon, everyone at Martini’s, and
my Showtime at the Apollo Crew, A Man Walks Into A Bar With A Frog In A
Cage,… STAND UP NY on Saturday was excellent, everyone was great, thanks
to Jonny B, Sharon Baby (hey she called me Vinnie I can call her Baby),
Freedom, Geno, Tracy, Bill, and all the other comics, especially the ones I got
to meet and see perform for the first time; STACEY PRUSSMAN, PETE LAPAGE,
DAVE SHEEHAN, and CARMEN LYNCH, and major Tom Hanks winning
the Oscar thanks to my friends from Syracuse University, Jon, CQ, and Jeff, for showing up for my NYC debut! Continuing to Rock in a World that is
Free,… I’ll be hanging out at Bottega this Thursday the 17th,
come see TIM HOMAYOON! I’ll
be playing Martini’s this Friday, maybe Jitters this Saturday?... And I’m working on setting up two

01/29/05: Hey – MARTINI’S
totally rocked last night, I had the honor of MC’ing a great show
featuring SHARKY, MR. WEST, JACKSON, SHARON SIMON, and The Man himself, JONNY
BENSON. Hosting was a lot of fun, talking shit into the microphone and
screaming out the comics’ names really loud – thanks to Jonny, Bob,
Vinnie, Freedom, and everyone at Martini’s, everyone who came out to the
show – it was a good sized crowd! – especially my insane crunk
posse – you know shit is funny when Country Chris has to git up and do that funky walk out the room – and all
the comics. SHARKY was razor sharp
as always, MR. WEST laid it down with a low key vibe, JACKSON totally killed,
SHARON SIMON totally totally killed, she is funny and
hot, and JONNY B was totally hysterical, especially doing the Chris Walk. Did I do karaoke after the show?
That’s what they tell me. Thank you Jim the Karaoke Pimp! Right on. Fun

01/26/05: Working for a university is
great – I have a snow day!,… Comedy Night at the HARD HAT
CAFÉ is ON for a Saturday Night in February; we’ll pick one of the
Saturday nights that Jitters is off,
keep checking back for the final official word,… I am tentatively
scheduled to play GREG BONESSI’S new COMEDY NIGHT at
the MAIN PUB in Manchester on Thursday, March 24th. The first show is coming up Thursday,
February 24th – my birthday – featuring 6 comics
including MORGAN GOLD and my homies VICTOR RAMOS and
DAVE KANELL; the show starts at 9PM and it’s free, go check it out! I am
going to try to go if I can, between birthday craziness and sitcom craziness
(we’re taping 2/25-28 now),… I like putting ellipses between every
line like I’m Joey Adams in the Post or some shit,… the STEPHEN
LYNCH/MITCH HEDBERG show was awesome, hosted by ROB CANTRELL from LCS1, which
was a total surprise bonus, he killed, as did Hedberg and Lynch, “Just a
little bit special,” good times, good times,… keep checking back

01/21/05: The first Xtreme Comedy Night
at the new CAFFÉ BOTTEGA, downtown New Haven, totally rocked - ROB
LECLERC, RYAN HARPER, MARY LYONS, and me represented Paula Coco’s Neat
Class of ’04 in the audience – there was even a Paula look-alike
there – me represent? We represented. As for the comics that actually got
up on stage, MC RONNIE WILKERSON was funnier than all hell, all night, MIKE
MILTON, DAVE “FREAKO” PADILLA, and exspecially
GENO BISCONTE rocked the room. Geno dubbed Rob, Ryan, and me “Mongo,
Spanky, and the Art Critic”, and we are forever in his debt for

Jitters so hard on Saturday night the rafters were literally shaking – I
thought some of that voodoo shit was going to start falling off the walls), ED KAPUSTA, JOHN BRELSFORD, VICTOR RAMOS, JOHNNY MOSES, DAVE
KANELL, RYAN HARPER (from my class!), CUCKOO BIRD, MORGAN GOLD, and everyone at
Jitters and Martini’s, and everyone who came out for the shows!... I will
be playing the new Thursday Night Xtreme Comedy
Showcase at the new CAFFÉ BOTTEGA on Chapel Street in New Haven soon,

01/01/05: HAPPY NEW YEAR!!! “2004
is out the door, 2005 is comin’
alive!”… NEW YEAR’S EVE F’ING
ROCKED!!! JONNY BENSON, DAVE "FREAKO" PADILLA, MC ROB LECLERC and
yours truly freaking rocked WINGS at Brainard Field in Hartford, CT! Tons of
people jammed the place and had a great time – it’s a cool place
and the food and drinks were goood! THANK YOU to everyone for coming out and
ushering in 2005 with a sloppy bang, thanks to Rob LeClerc and everyone at
WINGS. Mike the owner of Wings wants to start doing comedy shows once a month,
so I’ll be back!

up to JITTERS COFFEEHOUSE
for Dave Kanell’s Open Mic! Jitters is an awesome little place with great coffee (if
it’s available, try the pumpkin spice, it’s like the holidays in
piping hot beverage form) and it’s a great place to play. The other comics were great! I plan to
return on Saturday January 8th (if you are a regular at Jitters
don’t worry, I will have all new material!) Thanks to Dave, Mary, the five
